Deepak comes from both worlds: software engineering and business operations. He has spent over 15 years building, testing, and scaling software architectures for global enterprises.
His career spans key leadership roles, including **Associate Director of QA at Foodhub** (overseeing 90% test coverage across 6 products), **Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at OneTrust**, and **Director of Quality Assurance at Auxo Technology Labs** (where he scaled teams from 0 to 25 engineers). He also held QA specialist roles at Verizon and Infosys.
He holds a Postgraduate Program in **Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin** and Great Lakes Institute of Management, an EPGDM from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), and a B.Tech in Information Technology.
As the founder of **Softknack Technologies**, **Usher Media**, and **GetCamped**, Deepak designs custom, engineering-grade AI workflows to speed up marketing copy, build automated systems, and run high-velocity operations. GetCamped is his personal curriculum for helping professionals achieve these exact high-leverage workflows.
