Refund & Transfer Policy

1. Webinar Registration (₹199 Live Webinar)
Tickets for the GetCamped Live Webinar (priced at ₹199) are non-refundable. Because seats are strictly limited per Zoom session and the checkout reservation prevents others from booking, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
Seat Transfer Exception: If you are unable to attend the scheduled session due to unexpected conflicts, we allow a one-time seat transfer to the next weekly session. To request a transfer, you must email us at help@getcamped.com at least two (2) hours prior to the session start time.
2. Course Purchases (₹4,999 Masterclass)
GetCamped AI Productivity Masterclass (priced at ₹4,999) grants immediate, digital access to proprietary workflow playbooks, Notion templates, checklists, and video course materials upon purchase.
Because these assets are immediately downloadable and copyable, all course purchases are strictly non-refundable and final.
3. Third-Party Transactions
All checkouts, credit card processing, invoice billing, and course access setups are managed entirely through Zoho TrainerCentral. In the event of charge disputes or technical enrollment issues, please contact our billing support desk.
